Deore XT – Where Passion Meets Precision.

With its introduction in the 1980s, the Deore XT series revolutionized mountain biking. And its current iteration more than lives up to this legacy. The revised Di2 design stands out in particular, being now completely wireless and enabling correspondingly fast and reliable shifting. This is not the only point where it ties in with the recently launched XTR M9200 series. With its likewise robust drivetrain construction and sophisticated braking system, the Deore XT M8200 is a groupset that not only effortlessly withstands real-world riding situations, but also redefines what is possible on two wheels.

Grounded In Performance. Lightweight yet robust. This makes the WH-M8200 wheels from the current Deore XT series suitable for both Cross Country and Enduro. The versatile wheels are equipped with durable aluminum rims and feature an improved hub design, which facilitates maintenance and ensures maximum durability thanks to an excellent sealing.

At the same time, the intelligent seal design in combination with the cartridge bearings, which also offer adjustable preload, ensures smooth as well as even rolling behavior and a correspondingly lower air resistance during rotation. In addition, the rear hub is equipped with an optimized Direct Engagement freewheel system, which enables a faster response with a pressure angle of up to 3.5 degrees. The connection between the rim and hub is ensured by 28 high-quality stainless steel spokes on both the front and rear wheel. The result is not only a balanced compliance and stiffness, but also a deceleration-free as well as reliable ride feel on the Trail.
