CushCore Single is sold individually and includes one CushCore valve.

CushCore Single – tire insert that improves tire and suspension performance

CushCore is based on the so-called tire suspension concept, where the air inside the tire acts as a spring and the CushCore insert acts as a damper. This enables dynamic damping: on small bumps, the tire remains sensitive and rolling, while on large impacts, the insert supports the tire and significantly reduces impact forces. The more the tire is loaded and flexed, the more damping CushCore provides.

The insert supports the tire sidewalls and increases lateral stability, especially at low tire pressures. This reduces tire squirm, prevents burping, and improves cornering in technical terrain. At the same time, the tire protects the rim from impacts and reduces the risk of punctures in hard hits. CushCore also improves ride comfort and control by reducing vibration and impacts, which helps maintain speed and reduces rider fatigue on long and demanding descents.

CushCore Single is suitable for tubeless installations and works with most modern mountain bike rim and tire combinations. The included CushCore valve is designed to ensure sufficient airflow when using the insert. Installation requires a little care, but when installed correctly, the insert works reliably and seamlessly as part of the tire.
