Convex or pointed stud with a carbide tip. Pack of either 600 pcs or 100 studs + stud installation tool.
PP stud 6.5 x 5.8 mm, pointed, or 6.5 x 5.5 mm, convex.
The convex tip rolls on hard surfaces, while its sharp edge bites into the ice when grip is needed. Convex studs also withstand wear on asphalt better than flat-tipped, recessed or pointed studs.
Pointed studs bite into the ice better, making them more suitable than convex studs for off-road use. For fat bikes, choose the longer pointed version due to the lower contact pressure.
For mixed riding, arrange the studs as you prefer: convex ones in the middle and pointed ones at the edges. We also recommend studs for footwear to improve safety on slippery surfaces. Attach with a good-quality adhesive.
