Löffler M Cycling Undershorts Elastic 2.0 are versatile cycling undershorts that, according to the manufacturer, are suitable for touring on a road bike, gravel bike or mountain bike, as well as for riding in the city. Made from lightweight, highly elastic fabric, they adapt well to the body and feel comfortable even on longer rides. The breathable, quick-drying construction makes them a great option when you want extra padding for cycling without wearing bib shorts or tight outer shorts.

The fabric is Löffler’s own Elastic knit, which the manufacturer describes as a high-tech construction that stretches both ways, dries quickly and is breathable. According to the manufacturer, the fabric was developed and knitted exclusively at Löffler’s own facility in Ried im Innkreis, Austria. It is designed to provide excellent freedom of movement, an even fit and a technical feel without unnecessary stiffness.

The Tight Fit cut sits close to the body, making these undershorts ideal for wearing under other cycling apparel. Ergonomically optimised seam placement and very soft flatlock-style seams help minimise chafing, while a wide elastic waistband enhances comfort. The extra-short legs and silicone-grip leg hems help keep the undershorts in place while riding.

The seat pad is the Comfort Elastic, which Löffler describes as a sporty all-round pad designed for comfortable riding. It features durable, compact foam, different foam zones to distribute pressure, a flexible construction, good breathability and quick-drying performance, as well as an ergonomically pre-shaped design. The manufacturer specifies a density of 80 kg/m³ and a thickness of 12 mm, and says the pad is suitable for comfortable riding in anything from a more upright to a more compact riding position.
