Löffler uses its proven hotBOND® technology to join highly elastic materials using ultrasonic welding. For cycling shorts and tights, this means no constricting or chafing seams. The joins, made without needles or thread, are extremely tear-resistant, as elastic as the material itself and very flat. Maximum freedom of movement without restriction, pressure or chafing marks are the benefits of the unique hotBOND® technology.
In addition to cycling shorts and tights in various lengths, as well as waist and side-panel shorts, hotBOND® technology is also used in cycling jerseys. hotBOND® is also available in the running and outdoor collections.
