FOX Ranger Pant Image Print MTB Riding Pants
The FOX Ranger Pant Image Print is a versatile MTB riding pant that combines lightness, durability, and technical fit. The Image Print model is available in two colors (Plum and Arctic Blue), but the technical features are identical – the difference is only in appearance.
The pants are designed for trail, all-mountain, and general riding where good mobility, breathability, and carefree comfort are needed on long riding days.
Lightweight ripstop construction and 4-way stretch make the pants extremely versatile
The Ranger Image Print pants are based on lightweight but durable ripstop stretch fabric, which offers a good balance between abrasion resistance and mobility. The material is specially designed for pedaling: it does not feel heavy or restrict movement in technical terrain.
The fabric's 4-way stretch construction allows free movement in the saddle, on climbs, and on descents. At the same time, the material wicks moisture away from the skin, which improves comfort especially in warm conditions and on longer rides.
The fit of the pants is clearly optimized for MTB riding:
- tapered legs prevent catching on the chain or crank
- slim / performance fit reduces flapping at speed
- works well with pads too
The race-ratchet adjustment used at the waist allows for quick adjustment on the fly without a belt. This is one of the most practical features of the Ranger series in active riding.
In addition, the pants have a DWR treatment, which repels water, mud, and dirt. This does not make the pants fully waterproof, but it significantly increases comfort in varying conditions.
The pocket solutions include two zippered side pockets that keep important items securely with you during the ride.
