The tread pattern of the Mazza Enduro Race is based on Vittoria’s advanced enduro pattern, which combines deep sipes, stepped leading edges, and an open center tread. The notched leading edge of the center blocks rolls efficiently like a wedge but bites hard into the terrain during climbs and acceleration. This makes the tire an excellent choice as both a front and rear tire for demanding tracks.

The deep and spacious center tread improves braking performance and helps the tire clear loose material and mud quickly. This is especially important in races where conditions vary and grip must be maintained on every run.

Cornering grip is based on Vittoria’s progressively widening sipes, which make the inner edge of the tire soft and extremely grippy while maintaining the stability of the outer edge. The result is a ride feel that is simultaneously tacky, predictable, and calm – the tire does not give way suddenly, even on rocks or off-camber terrain.

The Mazza Enduro Race uses Vittoria’s 1C Race compound, where Graphene and Silica are combined into a soft, highly tacky composition. It effectively dampens vibration, conforms to the shape of the terrain, and recovers in a controlled manner, offering maximum grip without a vague feel.

Beneath the tread is the Enduro Race Casing, built from multi-layer nylon. The construction includes bead-to-bead puncture protection, a reinforced center area, and additional protection against rim strikes and pinch flats. This makes the tire extremely reliable even on high-speed, rocky, and aggressive enduro stages.
