The Vittoria Agarro Trail 27.5x2.6" is a wide, confidence-inspiring trail tire for riders who want maximum grip and control without the heavy feel of an enduro tire. Designed for demanding trail riding and light enduro use, it excels on varied terrain where efficient rolling and reliable handling are both essential.
Vittoria Agarro Trail – wider grip and control for demanding trail riding
The Agarro Trail combines the best features of Vittoria’s best-known mountain bike tires. It takes efficient cornering grip and a progressive tread pattern from the Martello, a directional and predictable tread from the Barzo, and a rolling-efficient center tread from the Gato. Together, these features make the Agarro an excellent tire for long trail rides, technical climbs, and fast descents.
The 27.5x2.6" size gives the tire greater volume and a larger contact patch, improving grip, cushioning, and comfort, especially over roots, rocks, and softer surfaces. The stepped, ramped center knobs keep rolling resistance moderate while still providing reliable climbing traction. Aggressive, sturdy side knobs deliver dependable cornering grip as speeds increase and terrain becomes unpredictable.
The Trail-class Tubeless Ready casing is designed to offer a good balance of durability and ride feel. It features APF reinforcements and sidewall protection to improve resistance to impacts and cuts. This also makes the Agarro an excellent choice for electric mountain bikes and active trail riding.
Vittoria’s 4C Graphene 2.0 compound technology uses four different rubber compounds in different parts of the tire. The center is optimized for low rolling resistance and wear resistance, while a softer compound on the shoulders maximizes grip and control. Graphene 2.0 simultaneously improves grip, durability, and rolling efficiency, even in variable and wet conditions.
