SIS GO Hydro is an electrolyte drink in effervescent tablet form that helps maintain fluid balance during training, competitions, and hot conditions. Dissolve one tablet in 500 ml of water to enjoy a refreshing, low-calorie sports drink without a high carbohydrate load.
GO Hydro contains plenty of sodium and other essential electrolytes that replace minerals lost through sweating. It also contains vitamins B1, B2, and B6, which support normal energy metabolism.
GO Hydro is particularly suitable for short and medium-duration workouts, hot conditions, and situations where the primary goal is hydration rather than energy replenishment. For long-duration activities, it works excellently in combination with SIS GO Energy or SIS Beta Fuel products.
