SHIMANO Deore XT Crankset FC-M8200 HOLLOWTECH II 12-Speed, without chainring
Shimano XT FC-M8200 crankset offers greater durability and reliability for top-level international racing and training. This ultralight version is optimized for maximum weight savings (XC) and uses iconic HOLLOWTECH II technology, achieving an excellent balance between high stiffness and low weight while placing particular emphasis on genuine impact resistance. Despite its low weight, it is stiff enough to deliver masterful power transfer. Cranks are available in three different lengths (165 mm, 170 mm and 175 mm), and the crankset is compatible with all Shimano SM-CR96 series chainrings.

Lighten Your Load. Strengthen Your Ride. With its balanced ratio between durability and weight, the Deore XT crank of the M8200 series is suitable for Cross Country as well as Trail and Enduro. Thanks to the proven HollowTech II manufacturing method, the forged aluminum crank arms are not only light and stiff, but in combination with the 24 mm steel shaft also robust enough to withstand even hard impacts. While the Q-factor of 176 mm ensures a familiar riding experience during race use, the standardized chain line of 55 mm ensures maximum frame compatibility without the need to change wheels or cassette. In conjunction with the SM-CRM86 chainrings (Direct Mount, not included) matched to the FC-M8200 crank, the best possible chain retention is also guaranteed thanks to Dynamic Chain Engagement technology.
