Description

Aerodynamic and efficiently ventilated road helmet

The POC Ventral Mips is a lightweight aero helmet designed for performance road cycling, where aerodynamics, ventilation and protection are engineered to work together. Air channels based on the Venturi effect guide air through the helmet instead of allowing it to flow only around the shell. This improves both cooling and aerodynamic efficiency, especially at higher speeds.

The helmet's 22-degree aerodynamic rear edge controls the airflow behind the helmet and reduces turbulence. The design is optimized using CFD flow modeling, making the Ventral particularly well-suited for road racing, competitions and fast-paced training.

Mips Integra, 360° adjustment and Eye Garage

The Ventral Mips uses the Mips Integra system, which helps reduce rotational forces transmitted to the head in certain oblique impacts. The lightweight EPS inner structure and Unibody polycarbonate shell, which extends around the entire helmet, create a sturdy structure without unnecessary weight.

The lightweight 360° adjustment system tightens the helmet evenly around the head. The high-friction Eye Garage areas at the front keep sunglasses securely in place when they are not in use.
