Description
Aerodynamic road helmet for cool and variable weather
The POC Ventral Tempus Mips is an aerodynamic helmet specifically designed for road cycling in autumn, winter, and cool spring conditions. Unlike the standard versions of the Ventral range, the Tempus features an almost fully covered polycarbonate shell, which reduces the amount of cold wind entering the helmet and provides extra protection against wind, rain, and snow. The high-visibility Fluorescent Orange AVIP color and reflective details improve visibility in low light and poor weather conditions.
A lightweight EPS liner absorbs impact energy, and the Mips system helps reduce rotational motion transmitted to the head during certain angled impacts.
360° adjustment, internal airflow channels, and an aerodynamic 22° trailing edge
Although the shell is more enclosed than the standard Ventral, internal airflow channels guide air through the helmet, helping to manage temperature while riding. The lightweight 360° adjustment system tightens the helmet evenly around the head and allows for a precise fit.
The helmet’s 22-degree aerodynamic trailing edge is designed to manage the airflow behind the helmet and reduce turbulence.
