Description

For demanding trail, enduro and e-MTB riding

The POC Kortal Race Mips is a protective MTB helmet designed for demanding trail, enduro and e-MTB riding, with extended protection zones that reach further around the temples and back of the head than standard helmets. A lightweight EPS inner structure, a seamless Unibody polycarbonate shell and Aramid Bridge reinforcements create a robust construction that offers a great combination of protection, ventilation and comfort during technical off-road riding. Mips Integra helps reduce rotational forces transmitted to the head in certain oblique impacts.

The Kortal Race Mips also meets the NTA 8776 e-bike helmet standard, making it an excellent choice for fast-paced e-MTB riding. The ventilation is designed to work with goggles so that the goggle strap does not cover the helmet's ventilation ports.

RECCO, NFC Medical ID and breakaway visor

POC's patented breakaway visor is designed to detach in a severe crash, helping to reduce forces on the head and neck. The visor can be raised high, allowing goggles to be stored underneath it during riding.

The integrated RECCO reflector can help emergency services locate the rider, and useful contact and health information can be stored on the Twiceme NFC Medical ID chip for use in emergency situations. The 360° adjustment system allows for a precise and even fit, while the rear ventilation ports also serve as an Eye Garage storage compartment for sunglasses.
