Measurement instructions:

Calf circumference: Measure at the widest point, usually around the middle of the calf.

10 cm above the kneecap: Measure the circumference of the leg 10 cm above the center of the kneecap.

The measuring tape should be snug but not tight. Measure both legs and use the larger measurement to select the correct size.
Tip: If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one for a tighter, more secure fit, or the larger one if you prefer more freedom of movement.
