The fourth generation Pivot Vault is one of the lightest production gravel frames, weighing under a kilogram. In addition to gravel loops and races, the frame is ideal for road riding and commuting. Pivot's carbon Hollow Core frame is stiff where it counts and comfortable. Comfort is enhanced by the patented ISO Flex mount on the carbon seatpost. Frame sizes: XXS-XL cover riders from 147cm to 196cm.
The frame can accommodate 50mm wide tires, and all necessary tools and spare parts fit inside the frame's internal storage compartment.
The modern and contemporary geometry is race-ready or comfortably customizable.
Cables run partially or fully inside the frame, allowing you to choose the best solution for you.

What size bike should I buy?

To ensure the best size, we recommend visiting us in person. However, we can provide a rough guide to size selection.
Remember that the VAULT's geometry is designed for 60 - 70 mm stem lengths.
This allows you to downsize and ride with a longer stem if you want a more traditional riding position.

Redefines our beloved gravel bike, with a weight inherited from its predecessor. More tire clearance and improved speed proven in competition,
with added comfort, while still achieving outstanding fast rideability. With a medium frame, the VAULT weighs from 8.25kg.

OPTIMIZED SIZING AND LONG-DISTANCE COMFORT

The VAULT's raised cockpit heights create a higher and more comfortable

riding position for long distances. Stack increases by ~ 20 mm compared to the previous generation, across every frame size.

The fork features a longer 415 mm measurement from axle to crown, which is optimized for impacts and allows for massive tire clearance.

Revised suspension geometry offers versatile fork options, regardless of the terrain type.

A longer 52 mm fork offset and larger Trail dimensions provide

stable and predictable handling for the Vault.

IMPROVED NEW GEOMETRY

The longer, slacker, and taller progressive gravel geometry not only provides stability on fast-rolling gravel, but also helps keep you calm on rougher sections. The goal was to achieve complete confidence on descents, while maintaining the right weight on the front tire and precise cornering. The new VAULT allows you to shorten the stem by 1-2 sizes (10-20mm). Increased BB drop regardless of frame size helps provide that "bike-in-the-middle" feel familiar from mountain bikes, ensuring a stable and reliable ride feel. This is combined with shorter crank lengths specified for all sizes. Compact frame dimensions allow for a lower standover height (~ 20 mm), expand the size fit range, and give the rider the option to raise or downsize according to their needs. You can choose a more aggressive or relaxed riding position depending on the intended use.

ISO FLEX

Our patented ISO-FLEX technology is a ride-smoothing damper that
provides tuned compliance by creating a cushioned space between the seat tube and the frame.
The ISO-FLEX insert, which slides into the frame, consists of tuned elastomer
and fiber-reinforced nylon.
The inner sleeve provides a secure interface, which adds compliance and dampens the ride over imperfect terrain.
The latest version of ISO-FLEX is designed to be felt, not seen. Its
clean integration creates a lighter, sleeker, and hidden design. It is
also easier for a bike mechanic to service, as only hex
keys are needed for removal and maintenance.
Compatible with any round 27.2 mm seatpost.
Allows the rider to choose between a comfortable carbon solid post,
or if you prefer, you can choose a dropper post for the roughest terrain.
Or to bring comfort even to traffic lights =)

EXPANDED DRIVETRAIN & CABLE ROUTING OPTIONS

Equipped with UDH and a clean, removable front derailleur mount, the Vault is compatible with the latest 1x and 2x drivetrains.
Our proven cable port system, combined with an oversized bottom bracket shell, means that the Vault is compatible with both fully integrated,
semi-integrated cable routing options, or combinations of these. Durable rubber chainstays and chain guards keep the VAULT quiet.

TIRE CLEARANCE

Dropped chainstays and a shaped seat tube allow for massive tire clearance,
without compromising frame stiffness or efficiency.
The drive-side chainstay is optimized to allow the largest possible tire clearance,
while the bike can still be fitted with narrow-line road cranks.

TOOLSHED IN-FRAME STORAGE

With the new Pivot Toolshed™ in-frame storage system, you can keep
your essentials within reach, so the mess caused by bike bags is reduced
ideal for grab-n-go short trips or longer excursions with gear.
The Toolshed™ cover is a technical work of art that is easy to use and
the most secure locking system on the market. A built-in magnet
inside the cover keeps the chain locks in place and easily accessible. Attach your own
favorite tool or accessory to the inside of the cover with the integrated
Velcro strap. (strap not included)
Each Vault comes with two Toolshed™ bags,
designed to carry an extra inner tube,
essential tools, or even a little extra space for a snack.

The front triangle can hold up to 5 water bottles, which is perfect for long adventures.

EXPANDED SIZE RANGE & FEATURES

In addition to the new progressive geometry, a sixth frame size has been added for smaller riders. The new XXS size allows riders of 147 cm to ride.
The XLarge size is suitable all the way up to 196 cm.
Like Pivot, each carbon frame is individually tuned to the rider's size. This means the layup, tube sizes,
and shape are optimized to ensure the best ride feel for riders of all sizes.
Smaller riders don't have to suffer with an overly stiff frame, or larger riders with a frame that is too long.
The custom carbon frames scale stiffness across all sizes,
ensuring optimal ride characteristics for all rider profiles.
