The new Shuttle AM raises all-mountain cycling to a whole new level. Equipped with Bosch's 5th generation Performance Line CX and CX-R motors, the Shuttle AM transforms raw power into pure trail magic.

It climbs as if fighting against gravity and descends like it has a bone to pick. The ride is smooth, responsive, and almost telepathic – a combination of torque, grip, and true trail tenacity.

More power, more control, and a ride feel that is both fun and high-performing – every ride becomes a story worth sharing.

Power, precision, and possibilities

The new Shuttle AM has received a significant power upgrade that you will feel with every pedal stroke. The Bosch 5th generation Performance Line CX motor produces up to 100 Nm of torque and 750 watts of peak power, and its settings are fully customizable via the eBike Flow app.

The motor offers faster response, more explosive acceleration, and seamless climbing on challenging terrain. The new eMTB+ mode takes the experience even further – it adapts in real-time to your pedaling power and trail conditions, providing intuitive support exactly when you need it most.

The Team build weighs only 21.5 kg (47.5 lbs), making the Shuttle AM one of the lightest full-power e-mountain bikes in its class. The Pro and Team models also feature the Bosch CX-R motor, a race-tuned, 100-gram lighter version for those who demand even more efficiency and power with an instant response.

All models are equipped with an 800 Wh battery, so the Shuttle AM is ready for longer trips, tougher trails, and everything in between.

Suspension and platform – top-tier performance

Team models feature the Fox Factory Float X rear shock offering 150 mm of rear travel, combined with a Fox Factory 36 mm Grip X2 front fork with 160 mm of travel.

Pro models feature a custom RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate rear shock (150 mm) and a RockShox Zeb Ultimate front fork (160 mm).

Ride models use a RockShox Super Deluxe Select rear shock (150 mm) and a RockShox Lyrik Select+ front fork (160 mm), meaning the same travel at both ends as the top-tier models.

Additionally, the Fox Neo Air rear shock is available as an upgrade for Team models, taking performance to a new level.

Bosch Performance Line CX-R motor

Pro and Team models use the Bosch CX-R motor – a race-tuned version that is 100 grams lighter and offers even faster and more aggressive power delivery.

The CX-R unit includes a titanium crankshaft and ceramic bearings, which combine light weight with durability. The motor also features an exclusive Race mode, which provides aggressive, high torque, and lightning-fast pedal response for the most demanding riding moments.

Ride models come standard with the Bosch Performance Line CX motor, which also offers reliable power on all terrains.

dw-link® suspension

The enhanced dw-link® suspension offers highly efficient pedal response, giving the Shuttle AM precision for climbing and stability for descents.

dw-link® is the perfect suspension platform for Pivot's eMTB bikes, as it offers an optimal amount of anti-squat, allowing the Shuttle AM (and all Pivot Shuttle models) to utilize the full power of the motor for maximum grip and incredible suspension performance.

Durable battery – long-lasting power

The Shuttle AM is powered by a massive 800 Wh battery integrated into the downtube, offering support for all-day adventures.

Even though the capacity has increased, the 800 Wh battery is still 408g lighter than the previous 750 Wh version. Furthermore, the battery is compatible with the Bosch PowerTube 250 Range Extender, allowing for even longer rides.

New charging port design

The new charging port cover is stylish, seamlessly integrated, and very easy to use, providing quick and effortless access to charging without compromising the look.

The cover is Pivot's own design, which guarantees durability and a perfect fit. It offers better protection against weather conditions while maintaining the clean and premium aesthetic that riders expect.

The cover is designed to be compatible with the Bosch PowerTube 250 Range Extender and can be easily removed to enable longer riding distances.

PowerMore 250 Range Extender – auxiliary battery for longer rides

The Bosch PowerMore 250 Range Extender (250 Wh) is a water-bottle-sized auxiliary battery that provides extra power and range – perfect for that last lap or the final pedal strokes toward the car.

The PowerMore Range Extender is compatible with all Bosch-motor-equipped Shuttle models.
The auxiliary battery weighs only 1.5 kg, adding extra power without unnecessary weight.

Bosch x Pivot Flow app

The customized Bosch x Pivot Cycles Flow app is a user-friendly mobile tool that offers seamless connection to Bosch-powered e-mountain bikes.

The app includes features such as:

• Recommended maintenance intervals based on kilometers ridden

• Finding the nearest Pivot or Bosch dealer

• Real-time battery charge levels and estimated range

Digitally manage up to six e-bikes with one account, making control and management easy and effortless.

You can also customize riding modes and fine-tune motor support so that the riding experience on the trail matches your own preferences perfectly.

Ultra Clean Command Center – clean and high-end cockpit

The Bosch wireless controller, SRAM wireless shifting (on Pro and Team models), and Phoenix Factory Lock-On grips, attached to the Phoenix Factory Tuned-Flex carbon bar, transform the handlebar area into an ultra-clean command center.

Pro and Team models also feature the new Bosch Kiox 400c display, which is larger, brighter, and easier to read than ever before, providing total control on the trails.

New cable port design

The dual cable port allows two hoses to pass through the same port, which simplifies cabling in the handlebar and frame area both visually and practically.

The larger opening makes cable installation easier and more efficient, while adding versatility for custom builds, including moto-style cabling.

Geo Flip Chip adjustment

Adjust the Shuttle AM perfectly for your riding style with the Pivot Flip Chip. Switch between geometry options:

• High – for challenging rocky and technical trails

• Low – for maximum speed and total control on descents

The high BB setting raises the bottom bracket height and steepens the head angle by 0.5°. It also allows for the use of a 27.5” rear wheel, making all sizes of the new Shuttle AM mixed-wheel compatible.

Proprietary Ride Tuning

The Shuttle AM is suitable for riders from 160–200 cm (5’3”–6’7”), with size options from S–XL.

Each frame size undergoes an independent strength-to-weight analysis that guarantees consistent performance. In addition, the custom carbon fiber construction adjusts frame stiffness according to size, ensuring an optimal ride feel for all riding profiles.

Live Valve Neo – real-time suspension management

Live Valve Neo takes the already effective dw-link® platform to a new level by offering real-time suspension management that guarantees a stable and confident ride feel.

Built on the Neo protocol, which is the fastest wireless protocol in cycling, Live Valve Neo reacts 100 times faster than Bluetooth, providing real-time suspension performance on all trails.
