The Park Tool BBT-79.3 is a precision CNC-machined bottom bracket tool for 12-notch external bottom bracket cups. It is compatible with, for example, SRAM BSA DUB, Race Face Cinch, Rotor BSA30, Zipp Vuma, and Hawk Racing BB3086 bottom brackets, as well as other compatible 12-notch bottom brackets with a 45–47 mm / 44 mm fit. The 3/8” drive makes the tool compatible with ratchets and torque wrenches, making it suitable for both home maintenance and professional bicycle workshop use.

The Park Tool BBT-79.3 is a high-quality, precision-fit bottom bracket tool for the installation and removal of threaded bottom bracket cups. The tool is designed specifically for 12-notch external bottom brackets with a major diameter of 45–47 mm and a minor diameter of 44 mm. The precise fit reduces tool slippage and helps protect the bottom bracket cups from damage during maintenance.
The CNC-machined aluminum construction makes the tool lightweight, rigid, and dimensionally accurate. Thanks to the 3/8” drive, the BBT-79.3 works directly with common ratchets and torque wrenches, which is particularly important for achieving the correct tightening torque for bottom brackets. The tool is anodized in Park Tool's signature finish and is also compatible with the Park Tool BBT-RS retaining system, which helps keep the tool firmly engaged with the bottom bracket cup for demanding removal tasks.
