Garmin Tank Mount 010-11029-00

1. Garmin handlebar mount for wristwatches and sports watches

The Garmin Bicycle Mount Kit 010-11029-00 is a practical handlebar mount for attaching a Garmin sports watch to a bicycle handlebar. The mount makes the watch display easier to read during a ride than on the wrist, making it a useful accessory for cycling, commuting, training, and multisport activities.

The mount is particularly suitable for users who use a Garmin watch to track cycling speed, distance, heart rate, time, and training data. It is attached to the handlebar using the included cable ties, and the watch is secured to the mount using the watch strap. This is not a quarter-turn mount for Garmin Edge bike computers, but a bicycle mounting kit designed for watches. Garmin's official part number is 010-11029-00.

Garmin Bicycle Mount Kit 010-11029-00 handlebar mount

The Garmin Bicycle Mount Kit is a lightweight and simple solution for using a Garmin sports watch on a bicycle handlebar. When the watch is mounted on the handlebar, the display is easier to check during a ride without having to turn the wrist away from the riding position. This improves usability, especially on longer rides, during interval training, in triathlon, commuting, and other cycling activities where training data needs to be monitored during the ride.

The mount is attached to the handlebar with cable ties, making it suitable for a wide range of bicycles and usage needs. The watch can be quickly moved from the wrist to the handlebar mount, making transitions between activities such as running and cycling easier. The solution is particularly useful for multisport activities, where the same Garmin device serves as a tracking device for different sports.

Compatibility covers several Garmin sports and multisport watch series, including models from the Forerunner, fēnix, Approach, epix, Foretrex, FR, tactix, and vívoactive series. Model-specific compatibility should be checked before purchase if you use a newer or less common Garmin watch. Many retailers list the package as containing the mount, four cable ties, and installation instructions.
