The FOX Speedframe Pro MIPS was developed to meet the demands of modern mountain biking, combining safety, comfort, and effective ventilation. Its construction utilizes advanced materials and safety technologies that provide comprehensive head protection in the event of a fall.
Construction and Safety
The helmet's MIPS® (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) reduces rotational forces on the brain during angled impacts. The in-mold construction combines the outer shell and EPS liner into a lightweight yet highly protective unit. The Speedframe Pro meets the demanding CPSC, EN1078, and AS/NZS 2063 safety standards.
Ventilation and Comfort
Strategically positioned intake and exhaust vents ensure good airflow even during slow, hot riding. Varizorb™ EPS distributes impact forces over a wider area, improving both safety and riding comfort. The XT2® liner is antimicrobial, quick-drying, and removable for washing.
Fit and Adjustment
The helmet features a 360° Fit System, allowing the fit to be precisely adjusted with one hand. The design fits well with goggles, and the adjustable visor allows goggles to be stored underneath during riding.
