Lightweight and highly ventilated full-face helmet for enduro and bike park riding
The Fox Proframe RS Aura combines downhill-level protection with an extremely lightweight and highly ventilated full-face design. It is specifically designed for enduro, trail, freeride, and bike park riding, where the added protection of a chin bar is needed, but the helmet must also perform during climbs and on longer pedaling sections.
Mips Integra Split, a combination of EPP and EPS construction, and ASTM F1952 downhill certification make the Proframe RS a helmet truly designed for demanding riding. The BOA Fit System allows for precise fit adjustment, the Fidlock magnetic buckle is quick to use with gloves on, and the open ventilation design helps keep your head cooler even during intense riding.
Mips Integra Split, BOA adjustment, and downhill-level protection
The Proframe RS Aura is ideal for riders who want the protection of a full-face helmet without the heavy and enclosed feel of a traditional DH helmet. Mips Integra Split combines an EPP inner structure and an EPS layer in a low-profile intermediate layer. The design is engineered to manage impacts at both lower and higher speeds and to reduce rotational forces transmitted to the head in certain oblique impacts.
The BOA Fit System allows for precise micro-adjustments to the fit while wearing the helmet. The rear cage can be adjusted to four heights, and two sets of cheek pads of different thicknesses are included, allowing the helmet's fit to be fine-tuned around both the head and face.
Effective ventilation and minimal contact area around the head are major strengths of the Proframe RS during active enduro and trail riding. The Ionic+ interior and cheek pads help wick away moisture and keep the interior fresher. The visor is adjustable to three positions and works with MTB goggles, and the included GoPro mount can be installed under the visor.
