The Fox Dropframe Pro Runn is a highly protective open-face mountain bike helmet for trail, enduro, and electric mountain biking. Its 3/4 design, which extends deep into the back of the head as well as around the ears and jaw, offers significantly more coverage than a standard MTB helmet while maintaining the good field of vision and ventilation of an open helmet.
Mips protection, dual-density Varizorb EPS, and the BOA Fit System create a safe and precisely fitting package. Large ventilation ports improve cooling even during technical riding, the Fidlock magnetic buckle is quick to use with gloves on, and the Ionic+ interior helps wick away moisture and keep the helmet fresh.
Mips, BOA adjustment, and excellent coverage without a full-face design
The Dropframe Pro is designed for riders who want more protection than a traditional trail helmet but do not need a fixed chin bar. Its extensively protective design protects the back of the head, the area around the ears, and the sides of the jaw in particular, making it an excellent choice for technical trails, fast-paced enduro riding, and electric mountain biking.
The Mips system helps reduce rotational forces transmitted to the head in certain oblique impacts, and the dual-density Varizorb EPS improves impact energy management. The BOA Fit System allows for quick and precise fit adjustment, while the cheek pads support the helmet from the sides without the enclosed feel of a full-face helmet.
