Fox Defend Gloves

FOX Defend Gloves

FOX Defend Gloves are durable mountain biking gloves for riders who want to combine good bar feel, a more protective construction, and a functional fit. Their lightweight yet abrasion-resistant construction makes them a good option for trail, enduro, and bike park riding, where gloves need more protection than the most minimalist models. A single-layer Clarino™ palm, flexible finger gussets, and touchscreen compatibility make this model practical for active riding.

FOX Defend Gloves – durable MTB gloves for precise handling

FOX Defend Gloves are designed for mountain biking where you want more durability and protection from your gloves without compromising too much bar feel. FOX describes the model as a combination of lightweight back-of-hand material and a minimalist yet highly durable palm. This makes the gloves a practical option especially for trail, enduro, and more aggressive MTB riding, where protecting your hands from trail branches, debris, and abrasion becomes important.

The construction uses 4-way stretch polyester, which provides mobility and helps the gloves adapt to your hand movements while riding. The single-layer Clarino™ palm is designed to keep feel as good as possible, and strategically added perforations improve ventilation. The stretch mesh between the fingers increases both flexibility and airflow, which supports comfort in warm conditions and during harder riding.

In terms of fit, FOX highlights the compression-molded cuff construction, which helps keep the gloves securely in place. The TruFeel® TPR knobbies injected into the fingertips improve shifter feel and control, which is useful in technical riding. The conductive Clarino™ palm provides touchscreen compatibility, so you can use your phone or navigation without taking off your gloves.
