FOX 36/36 SL Mud Guard Large – large original front mudguard for FOX fork
The FOX 36/36 SL Mud Guard Large is an original FOX front mudguard for new FOX 36 and FOX 36 SL forks. The Large version provides more protection than the shorter mudguard and helps keep mud, water, and spray away from the fork, seals, and the rider's field of vision.
The mudguard attaches directly to the fork arch mounting points without zip ties. The direct mount design makes installation neat, secure, and fork-friendly, as the mudguard does not need to be tightened around the lower legs with zip ties or abrasive straps.
This Large model is particularly suitable for wet conditions, technical off-road riding, enduro, trail riding, and electric mountain bikes, where protecting the fork, seals, and the rider's face from spray is important.
Larger bolt-on mudguard for FOX 36 and 36 SL forks
The FOX Front Mud Guard Large is designed for riders who want a neat and securely attached front mudguard without adjusting universal plastic guards. The fork-specific design fits precisely to the arch of the FOX 36 / 36 SL fork and looks like a factory-fitted part.
The Large version is a good choice when riding extensively in wet, soft trails, bike parks, on electric mountain bikes, or at high speeds off-road, where mud and water thrown up by the front wheel easily hit the fork and face. The mudguard also helps reduce dirt buildup on the fork stanchions and around the dust seals.
The bolt-on mounting makes the mudguard more stable than universal models installed with zip ties. It stays better aligned with the wheel, does not rotate around the lower legs, and does not rub the fork paint in the same way as strap- or zip-tie-mounted solutions.
Pay close attention to compatibility: this model is intended for newer FOX 36 / 36 SL forks from model year 2026 onwards. It is not suitable for older FOX 36 forks that have a different arch design or different mounting points.
