Description
Fizik Comfortfeel Classic – comfortable 3.5 mm handlebar tape for road and gravel riding
The Fizik Comfortfeel Classic Handlebar Tape Black 3.5 mm is a thicker, comfort-focused tape designed for road, gravel, all-road, and endurance use. The 3.5 mm structure increases vibration damping and provides a softer grip, especially on rough asphalt, gravel roads, and during long rides.
Comfortfeel Classic is suitable for riders who want more hand comfort without a feel that is too soft or vague. The thicker structure slightly increases the grip diameter of the bar, allowing pressure to be distributed over a wider area, which can help reduce hand numbness on long rides.
The Classic surface is leather-like, perforated, and timeless. It offers a clean, traditional look as well as a pleasant, smooth feel in various positions: on the tops, the hoods, and the drops. The black color fits almost any road or gravel bike.
Thicker handlebar tape for longer rides and poorer surfaces
Handlebar tape directly affects hand comfort, grip, and the feel of bike control. The Fizik Comfortfeel Classic 3.5 mm is a great choice when riding on varied surfaces where comfort is prioritized over a thin, racing-style handlebar feel.
The 3.5 mm thickness makes the tape noticeably more shock-absorbent than thin 2.0–2.5 mm road tapes. This is especially noticeable in gravel riding, on poor asphalt, during long road rides, commutes, and endurance-style riding, where vibrations reaching the hands can cause fatigue.
The Comfortfeel structure is designed to provide support and comfort without unnecessary weight. The Classic finish gives the tape a traditional, leather-like appearance and a smooth feel. It is a great option for a rider who wants a comfortable yet neat handlebar tape for a modern gravel or road bike.
The package includes two rolls of bar tape, two short extra pieces for around the brake levers, two bar end plugs, and finishing tapes.
