LITESHIELD FLEX protection technology effectively absorbs impacts while feeling light, breathable, and allowing natural movement during riding. The athletic fit, side zipper, and AIRO FLEX hip belt keep the protectors in place even during active riding. The removable chest protector and adjustable shoulder protectors make the jacket a versatile option for different riding styles, while the machine-washable construction makes it easier to use after long days of riding.

The EVOC Protector Jacket Pro is designed for riders who want maximum upper body protection without feeling stiff and cumbersome. The jacket protects the back, chest, and shoulders, but its flexible LITESHIELD FLEX construction adapts to body movements while pedaling, jumping, and riding technical routes. The protection technology offers 95% impact absorption and works almost regardless of temperature in the -20 to +40 °C range.

The LITESHIELD FLEX protection on the back meets the highest EN 1621-2 Level 2 protection standard, while the removable chest protector and shoulder protectors are Level 1 certified. The chest protector can be removed in situations where a lighter and more airy feel is desired, and the position of the shoulder protectors can be adjusted forward and backward for a better fit.

The flexible functional fabric and MIPAN nylon mesh panels used in the jacket make the construction breathable, quick-drying, and comfortable against the skin. The material moves with the body, which reduces friction and improves comfort during long days of riding.
