The EVOC FR ENDURO backpack combines 16 liters of space with an integrated back protector. This makes the backpack the perfect combination for enduro races and bike tours.

Technology:

• LITESHIELD Back Protector: The EVOC LITESHIELD back protector combines maximum fall protection with an extremely lightweight, flexible structure. At the same time, it is fully temperature resistant. The EPS structure is adapted to the requirements of back protection with a multi-layered and segmented design. In addition to good shock absorption properties, this protection concept allows damage to be detected immediately, so the protector can be replaced individually.

• CE standard EN 1621-2 + TÜV/GS: The materials and protective functions have been tested and certified by TÜV SÜD in accordance with EU standard 89/686/EEC for personal protective equipment (PPE), category 2. In addition, the safety of the products has been certified by TÜV/GS.

• LITESHIELD System: A key part of the protective backpack system is the extremely wide, ergonomically shaped neoprene hip belt, which has Velcro and a large durability strap. This transfers the main load to the hips, close to the body's center of gravity. At the same time, the shoulder straps keep the backpack in a comfortably defined position and ensure complete back protection. Close contact between the back protector and the back is ensured by mesh elements, EVA foam ventilation holes, and a center channel to provide maximum airflow.

Size guide:

• Back length is important to ensure optimal protection. Measure your body length from the upper hip to the shoulder.

• Size M/L: Back length 44–50 cm, hip belt up to 109 cm (adjustable to 115 cm), volume 16 liters

Materials:

• 3D Air Mesh: Three-dimensional fabric with varying thread thicknesses (P75D*30D), optimal ventilation, and padding for the padding and shoulder strap covers.

• Air Mesh: Fine-mesh fabric, excellent ventilation, does not absorb moisture, especially suitable as a ventilation cover for the back of backpacks.

• EVA Tarpaulin Mesh (PVC-free): Extremely durable, tear-resistant, and waterproof material, especially suitable for tool pockets.

• N210 D Ripstop PU-coated: Durable, abrasion-resistant, water-repellent, and lightweight nylon fabric, where the PU coating protects against moisture and wear.

• Neoprene: Durable and flexible material that works well in the hip belt and offers shock-absorbing properties.

• P600 D PU-coated: Extremely durable and lightweight fabric in high-stress areas, such as pockets and the bottom of the backpack, absorbs little moisture.
