The Enduro Bearings CH6806 LLB is a ceramic hybrid bearing designed specifically for bottom brackets, including BB30 and PF30 systems. It combines hardened steel races with silicon nitride ceramic balls, delivering exceptionally smooth rotation and high drivetrain efficiency.
Ceramic Balls and ABEC-5 Precision Maximize Smooth Rolling
The CH6806 LLB is part of Enduro’s Ceramic Hybrid series, which puts performance first. The silicon nitride (Si3N4) ceramic balls used in the bearing are lighter, harder, and more uniform than conventional steel balls. This reduces rolling resistance and improves bearing responsiveness, especially at high cadences and under load.
Ceramic balls are also corrosion-resistant, making the bearing less susceptible to moisture and contaminants. The steel races provide a durable contact surface, giving the bearing a balanced combination of performance and service life.
The LLB seal (Low Friction Labyrinth Seal) used in this bearing offers light protection from dust and splashes without significantly increasing friction. This makes the model an excellent choice for bottom brackets and other applications where smooth rolling and efficiency are more important than maximum sealing.
