Enduro 6900 LLU MAX Black Oxide Bearing
The Enduro 6900 LLU MAX Black Oxide is a bearing specifically designed for the linkages of full-suspension frames, combining maximum load capacity, effective sealing, and improved corrosion resistance. Its MAX design, Black Oxide treatment, and LLU seals make it an exceptionally durable option for demanding off-road riding.
MAX Design and Black Oxide – Designed for Frame Pivots
This bearing is part of Enduro’s MAX series, developed specifically for the loads experienced by bicycle frame pivots. Unlike conventional bearings, the MAX design uses the maximum number of balls without a cage, increasing load capacity by up to approximately 35–40%.
Deeper raceways and a greater number of balls improve lateral stiffness and durability under multidirectional loads, such as those experienced particularly in the linkages of full-suspension bikes. This makes the bearing considerably more durable than a standard radial bearing.
The Black Oxide treatment (magnetite coating) increases the bearing’s surface durability and protects it against corrosion. This is an important feature in wet and muddy riding conditions, where standard bearings wear out quickly.
LLU seals are full-contact, double-lip seals that form a labyrinth-like barrier against water, mud, and dust. They also retain the high-pressure grease inside the bearing, extending its service life and reducing maintenance needs.
The bearing is filled with high-pressure, water-resistant grease that withstands washing and moisture well, making it a reliable choice for year-round use.
