The Elite Turno direct-drive trainer lets you train almost as you normally would in the middle of winter, while giving you a realistic cycling feel. All you need to do is replace your rear wheel with the Elite Turno trainer! Its stable frame and adjustable plastic feet provide stability and ensure a comfortable riding position. The Turno connects directly to your bike’s chain, ensuring smooth power transmission to the resistance unit, which in turn provides a realistic simulation of different training programmes. Thanks to its fixed 5 kg flywheel, it feels almost as if you’re out for a regular Sunday ride. Pedalling resistance is both self-adjusting and progressive. It is generated by fluid resistance, which increases braking force as your speed rises. The result? Ideal conditions for cadence-, power- and sprint-based training. The integrated power meter (Misuro B+ sensor) also measures your power with incredible accuracy. Highly compatible with most road and mountain bikes featuring 130/135 mm quick-release dropouts or a 142 x 12 mm thru-axle (adapter required). The Elite Turno is also fully compatible with both Shimano and SRAM 9-, 10- and 11-speed cassettes. The trainer folds up without tools and has an ergonomic handle for easy transport. It is, of course, compatible with third-party apps and software on computers, smartphones, tablets and bike computers that support ANT+ and Bluetooth Smart protocols. You get 12 months of free access to the My E-Training app and software, available for mobile devices (Android and iOS) and desktop. This is an exciting, technically advanced virtual coach that goes wherever you do, giving you full control of your training. The Turno is connected directly to your bike's chain, which ensures smooth power transfer to the resistance unit, which in turn ensures a realistic simulation of various training programs. Thanks to the solid 5 kg flywheel, it feels almost like you are on a normal Sunday ride.

Elite Turno Smart home trainer
Accuracy is TURNO's strong suit. Its Misuro B+ sensor is calibrated ad hoc on each home trainer via a super accurate ergometer. Each home trainer is mapped and its power curves are stored in its sensor, thus correcting the potential manufacturing tolerances that might arise. This ensures unprecedented accuracy for a home trainer that does not feature an integrated power meter.
TURNO is directly connected to the bike's chain. The effort on pedals always transfers evenly to the resistance unit thus optimising indoor training sessions. This is how it's possible to avoid any slippage even under extreme conditions such as sprints or standing starts.
Connectivity
Turno is categorized as a Smart home trainer (not interactive).
Data transmission is wireless via ANT+™ (Power and Speed&Cadence) and Bluetooth Smart communication protocols.
Training sessions are monitored via the My E-training app for iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, in order to have a varied and stimulating indoor training session.
Turno can also be used with other indoor cycling platforms (which usually require a paid subscription), among which: Zwift, TrainerRoad, The Sufferfest, Bikevo, Kinomap and many more.
A very accurate training by using Cadence, Speed and Power data
All Elite trainers rely on immediate transmission of power, speed and pedal cadence data in order to let you achieve a very specific and accurate training plan.
To measure cadence, our trainers make use of practical sensorless technology capable of detecting the pedaling rate without having to install sensors on the bike frame.
Most of our trainers measures pedal cadence by analyzing the speed variation, whereas our interactive Direto and Drivo II measure cadence via power analysis by means of their innovative in-built power meter OTS.
