Since mechanical gearboxes are completely eliminated, the operating mechanism is significantly quieter in all moving parts, and chain wear is also significantly reduced. Integrated power meter and incline simulation The model is built around the legendary OTS (Optical Torque Sensor), which is an integrated power meter that measures power with extreme accuracy (± 1.5% accuracy). Complete pedal stroke analysis is available (as in-app purchases in My E-Training) and it measures the force throughout the entire pedal stroke and displays the measured power data in various charts so you can optimize your pedal stroke to the maximum. This interactive training device automatically varies the resistance during your workouts and can simulate even incredible 24% inclines - which is significantly more than the original Direto could achieve. Solid construction, extremely smooth power transmission The strong frame with adjustable legs and reliable front wheel support provide high stability and guarantee exactly the same saddle position you are used to when riding outdoors. The integrated flywheel gives the feeling that you are almost on your favorite route with your riding buddies. The Elite Direto XR Zwift Cog and Click is connected directly to your bike's chain, which guarantees an extremely smooth power transmission to the resistance unit, which in turn ensures a realistic simulation of different workouts. It does not make the slightest sound and is easy to fold up, making it easy to transport and store. Fully compatible with almost all bike and software types Although the Elite Direto XR Cog and Click is designed to replace the traditional cassette, it is still fully compatible with almost all bike types that can handle both 9/10/11-speed Shimano/SRAM cassettes or 9/10/11/12-speed Campagnolo cassettes as well as 12-speed SRAM NX and 12-speed Shimano Micro Spline cassettes. The model belongs to the generation of fully interactive ANT + FE-C and Bluetooth compatible training devices that interact with many different apps, software, computers and devices (both smartphones and tablets) based on iOS, Android, OSX or Windows operating systems. You can train with Elite's own software or use third-party developed apps and software that are compatible with computers, smartphones and tablets with ANT + FE-C and Bluetooth Smart protocols. Its cadence sensor and heart rate monitor function allows you to connect a heart rate monitor or cadence sensor directly to your training device while you are connected to the software and transfer that data via standard protocols FE-C ANT+ and FTMS BLE. The function is especially useful for platforms (such as Apple TV) that only support two Bluetooth Smart sensors at the same time. The training device can also create a virtual heart rate monitor if you use apps that are not compatible with your heart rate monitor's protocol (e.g., if you have an ANT+ display but use a Bluetooth app or device). Your training device immediately converts the ANT+ data coming from the heart rate monitor and transfers the data via Bluetooth to the app or device you use. You get a 12-month free My E-Training App subscription, which is software for both mobile (Android and iOS) and desktop.
