EBC 180 mm brake disc with 6-bolt mount + adapter
This simple to install conversion kit upgrades your stopping power by up to 20%. The existing 160mm disc will convert into a 180mm full circle type brake disc with this kit. As bicycle discs use a 6 bolt standard centre hub internationally, you have a choice of either upgrading to a contour disc or full circle. An international bolt spaced standard relocation bracket is included to aid in repositioning stock calipers in alignment with new oversize disc.
EBC Oversize Bicycle Brake Disc
EBC oversize bicycle brake discs are simple to install and the conversion kit upgrades your stopping power by up to 20%. The kits are available in two upgrade size options.
There are two upgrade SIZE options with these oversize bicycle brake disc conversion kits – 160/165mm-180mm (medium power upgrade) and 160/165mm 203mm (mega power upgrade) and the option of full circle profile or new lightweight contoured profile.These mount on most standard 6 bolt wheel hubs and together with the bracket provided, which again fits most 50mm centre forks, your caliper is relocated outwards giving you a stronger brake and better brake feel.
Easy to fit – no other changes are necessary to your caliper, cables, hydraulics or lever. All you need are two allen keys.
These are premium quality heat treated stainless steel discs, diamond ground and compatible with every type of bicycle brake pad. Kits are available to convert standard 160/165mm up to 180mm or 160/165mm to 203mm or 180mm to 203mm.
MTBD160-180
This kit converts your existing 160mm rotor into a 180mm full circle brake disc/rotor. All bicycle discs or rotors use an international standard 6 bolt center hub and the only thing you need to consider is whether to upgrade to a full circle as here or a contoured rotor.
The disc or rotor comes complete with a relocation bracket which again uses an international standard bolt spacing and repositions your stock caliper to align with the new oversize rotor. This kit will fit all fork types except manitou. If you have a Manitou fork.
