The DT Swiss XM 481 is one of the most popular 29” aluminium rims on the market for riders who ride hard but also value a lightweight, responsive wheel. The rim is designed specifically for trail, all-mountain and enduro use, where impact and torsional resistance are just as important as control and ride comfort.
The 30 mm internal width is an excellent fit for modern wide mountain bike tyres, improving lateral support, braking traction and cornering stability.
