Description
DT Swiss FR 571 27.5" mountain bike rim, 30 mm DT Swiss FR 571 27.5” mountain bike rim with a 30 mm internal width The DT Swiss FR 571 is a 27.5-inch mountain bike rim for riders looking for an exceptionally durable rim built for demanding use in aggressive trail, enduro, freeride, and bike park riding. It is especially suited to technical terrain and fast descents, where the key features are a strong construction, 30 mm internal width, and the agility offered by a 27.5-inch wheel. DT Swiss FR 571 27.5” rim for demanding enduro and freeride riding The DT Swiss FR 571 is designed for situations where a rim must deliver strength, stability, and reliability under heavy loads. It’s a natural choice for riders tackling steep descents, rocky trails, roots, jumps, and bike park tracks, where wheels are subjected to major impacts and lateral forces. The FR series is intended for precisely this kind of more aggressive off-road riding, where a wheel needs to withstand hard riding while providing controlled handling. The 30 mm internal width effectively supports the profile of modern mountain bike tires and helps create a stable, grippy wheel setup. A wider rim can improve tire support in corners, enhance control at lower pressures, and provide a more confident ride feel on technical terrain. The 27.5-inch size, in turn, gives the bike quick responsiveness, agile handling, and a playful feel, making it an excellent fit for active enduro, freeride, and bike park use.
